ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ЗАТРАТ ПУТЕМ ЭФФЕКТИВНОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ

Proper use of resources, cost reduction and profit growth are the most important tasks in the activities of any business entity. The topic of enterprise cost optimization has always been acute and especially relevant, since each enterprise seeks to maximize profits while spending minimal costs. Recently, there has been a significant and continuous increase in the cost items of enterprises. The reason for this was the rise in prices for resources, energy sources and so on. Consequently, modern economic production relations require improvement in the field of cost management at enterprises, taking into account their industry specifics and available international and Russian experience, which, in turn, should help companies work more efficiently in a competitive environment. Therefore, the management of organizations needs to competently analyze costs, costs, expenses, as well as develop and implement measures to reduce and optimize them. In this article, the method of cost reduction through effective personnel management is considered as the subject of research. As a basis, the authors of the article use the cost-killing method as a method of cost management. The object of the study is Gazprom Neft PJSC.
