The dynamics of investments determines the situation with the main environmental funds. It is noteworthy that compared to 2019, the volume of fixed assets for environmental protection increased slightly - by only 20% in 20201, over the same period, all fixed assets in the Russian Federation increased by 50%. The share of fixed assets of environmental protection in the total value of fixed assets of the national economy has recently not exceeded 1%. Global climate change has a significant impact on society and the economy. At present, the main task of a person is to ensure his safety in the natural space, reduce the risks of production and agriculture.
