The article deals with the transition during drying enamel slip to a system of solids (particle frits, silica sand), connected liquid layer. The aim is to study the processes of formation of structure of the enamel coating on the drying step of the slip. In work on model systems were measured capillary-force interaction crystallization of solid particles through the liquid layer of enamel slip and its leachate. When the liquid evaporates from the aqueous slurry to reduce the amount of the slip occurs. Isolated capillary bridges arise after the transition to a system of contacting solids. Capillary effect on the particle layer of enamel frit, causing the seal structure. The disappearance of the liquid phase results in a so-called «biscuit». It was shown that evaporation of the liquid formed after the splices crystals reinforcement solids. Found different behavior of the particles with the composition of the liquid contact.
