ПОДГОТОВКА ПОВЕРХНОСТИ ДЛЯ НАНЕСЕНИЯ АНТИКОРРОЗИОННЫХ ПОКРЫТИЙ НА МЕТАЛЛОКОНСТРУКЦИИ И ДЕТАЛИ МЕХАНИЗМОВ ИЗ УГЛЕРОДИСТЫХ СТАЛЕЙ

In the process of production of parts made of carbon steel surface preparation for the application of anti-corrosion coatings applied different ways. The paper proposes a method to use water-jet treatment to clean surfaces of products of various contaminants and prepare them for the application of protective anti-corrosion coatings. Compared to existing technologies, this method has several advantages: the use of fine abrasive and corrosion inhibitors, environmental and process equipment, a sufficiently high performance, the implementation process is not costly. The results confirm the effectiveness of the treatment process, the surface finish meets all the requirements: provide low roughness and damage the base material.
