Resumen

In the article the problems of masters' training at Departments of Journalism of Russia, are being examined. In particular, the contents of the programs devoted to the analysis of functioning of MASS-MEDIA in sphere of a policy are considered. The author proposes to develop the new program of masters' training meant for graduates of the humanitarian Departments, showing interest to communication problems.
