During the formation of the new post-industrial society, the study of the political culture of state civil servants and municipal employees from sociological positions becomes extremely relevant, as they are the realizers of state policy, and sociology considers political interactions between different social communities. The article explores the conceptual apparatus of the concept of «political culture». An analysis of his interpretations in humanities and sociology is given. The author's interpretation of this concept is given. This concept was then applied to develop the concept of «political culture of state civil and municipal servants». An author's interpretation of this concept is also given.
