Can we say with confi dence that in 10 years both directions will be as relevant as they are now, and young potential personnel will go in this direction? The study of reproducible personnel in diff erent economic conditions, the proof that during the period of a planned economy, the solution of problems should be confi rmed that the authorities at all levels eff ectively regulate all four stages of the reproducible process.
