Significant changes in politics, economics, culture, characteristic of the modern world, caused reapprochement and separation of cultures and states at the same time, contributed to the emergence of numerous interethnic and inter-confessional conflicts and, accordingly, sharply exposed the problem of ensuring sustainable world development. One of the consequences of the ongoing global changes was the intensification of interest in the problems of the interaction of cultures and the cultural identity of peoples. In this context, the phenomenon of effective intercultural interaction is of particular importance and focus on avoiding conflict and confrontation, understanding others on the basis of tolerance and the desire for equal cooperation. The problem of preparing the future hotel service managers for intercultural interaction in the context of a subject-language integrated environment is quite relevant, and in theory and practice, both higher and secondary schools have gained significant experience in this process. At the same time, the authors acknowledge the lack of research in modern pedagogical science on the identification of effective and adequate pedagogical conditions for preparing the future hotel service managers for intercultural interaction, which correspond to the specifics of this age period, the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, as well as the requirements of the Russian state and society to the individual today, reflected in national and international documents.
