Resumen

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the phenomenon of corporate events as one of the effective mechanisms for increasing the moral motivation of employees in achieving results of the company’s activities and maintaining its positive image. The relevance of the formulation of this problem is associated with the need to create a certain system of corporate events, to identify their main values that correspond to the development needs of certain firms (companies), as well as to analyze the existing domestic and foreign experience in organizing and conducting them. The objectives of the study are to reveal the role of special events that they play both in the implementation of the communication policy of the enterprise (firm), which promotes the promotion of their goods and services on the market, and in ensuring effective joint activities of employees within the team, in the regulation of interpersonal relations. As a research method, it is proposed, first of all, a systemic method. Special events are considered as one of the important components of the organizational and management activities of enterprises (organizations), aimed at the development of corporate culture.
