РЕГИОНАЛИЗАЦИЯ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИХ РИСКОВ И ДЕСТРУКЦИЙ

Regionalization of professional education is one of the determinants of development of market relations in Russia. While defining the content and essense of this process, the authors of the article analyse its ambivalent influence on formation of demand and offer of professional personnel in the frames of business cooperation between higher educational institutions and enterprises of this or that region. The article analyses as well some topical issues of professional socialization in the context of formation and realizing of the life plans of the future engeneers. Conclusions and proposals of the authors are based on the results of sociological researches, carried out by them in 2009-2016 in a range of the Ural higher educational institutions and industrial enterprises.
