Resumen

The risk-management system in private pension funds was analyzed in this article. Preconditions for necessary introduction of this system in the funds were identified, purposes of its creation were revealed. The main advantages of the introduction of the risk-management system were shown, its main tasks were formulated. The mechanism for constructing and organizational structure of the system were presented. The stages of the process of risk-management were considered and risk-management strategies in private pension funds were marked.
