The purpose of the article is to describe the process of developing the architecture of cloud systems models, technological requirements for their business models for the main processes of the University, as well as organizational requirements for the structure of the cloud system for managing interaction between the University and employers. The methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, abstraction and generalization; system-structural method, modeling method are considered. An innovative mechanism for managing the system of interaction between the University and the employer is proposed. The article substantiates the feasibility of using cloud technologies to create cloud systems as an innovative mechanism that contributes to improving the efficiency and quality of educational services.
