Resumen

Analysis of the causes of injuries in the workplace showed a significant weight of the human factor. One of the reasons for the manifestation of the human factor is the inadequate reaction of the employee to the risk and risky behavior of the employee in the production environment and carrying out technological operations. Inadequate perception of risk is associated with the psychological characteristics of the employee's personality. Also, the risk behavior of the employee is affected by socio-psychological relations in the society of the enterprise, the close circle of communication of the employee and the production relations of the enterprise team.
