Resumen

FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process is based on photometry of metal alloy fused specimen drop on the substrate at heating and, then, cooling whereat metal alloy specimen is placed on the substrate. Then, the substrate with specimen is placed into horizontal furnace, heated, fused and cooled starting from the specimen fusion start at tfus0 at every temperature t1 and up to preset maximum temperature tmax. Then, the signals of photoreceiver Ufi are recorded at the computer as i-images of the melt drop. Contours of said images are used to calculate the density thermal dependency di(ti) and/or surface tension σi(ti) of metal alloy specimen drop. Note here that, at cooling, the difference between modules of density di(ti) and/or surface tension σi(ti) for each of temperatures ti of thermal dependencies at heating and cooling. Then, said differences are summed up at the sum Σ(Δi) larger than error δi by preset magnitude. Specimen contamination alarm signal is generated. The results of experiment are aned to experiment with the metal alloy new specimen. Claimed device comprises the photoreceiver connected with the computer. Note also the device incorporates extra units of signalling, timing, subtracting, adding, comparator and its operation threshold controller. Subtraction unit first and second inputs are connected with the computer first port while timing unit input is connected with the computer second port. Timing unit output is connected with subtraction unit third input and adding unit first input. Adding unit second input is connected with subtraction unit output. Adding unit output is connected with one of the comparator inputs. The other input of the computer is connected with comparator operation threshold controller output while comparator output is connected with signalling unit.
EFFECT: online quantitative indication of the specimen contaminants, lower requirements to qualification of personnel.
