СРАВНЕНИЕ СОСТОЯНИЯ ТЕПЛОВЫХ СЕТЕЙ МОСКВЫ И САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГА ПО СРАВНЕНИЮ С ДРУГИМИ СУБЪЕКТАМИ РФ

The relevance of this topic is due to the unprofitability of the heat supply industry, one of the main reasons for which is the unsatisfactory condition of fixed assets. The paper considers the most important element of heat supply: the transfer of heat energy to consumers through the heat network. An overview and analysis of the state of heat networks for 2014-2019 on average in Russia and in particular: in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the North-Western Federal District are presented. The value of economic losses incurred by heat supply organizations due to heat losses in their heat networks has been obtained. In monetary terms, the energy saving potential was obtained by reducing heat losses in pipelines to 4%. In the country as a whole, this potential amounted to more than 100 billion rubles a year.
