In modern market conditions, the financial condition is the most important characteristic of the stable position of the corporation. It determines the future prospects of its development, ensures competitiveness and potential in the realization of its economic interests and the interests of business partners. The successful functioning of the corporation in the market depends on the head, whose task is to objectively assess the results of the financial and economic activities of the corporation before making strategically important management decisions. A competent assessment of the financial condition allows you to assess the future resources and activities of the organization, its reliability, which is undoubtedly important both for the organization itself and for investors. Of particular importance is the study of the financial condition in order to adjust the financial strategy for enterprises subject to seasonal fluctuations and dependent on volatility in commodity markets. In this article, the author positions the financial strategy as part of financial stability management and determines their relationship, considers various approaches to these concepts and gives his own authors definitions. And also the ways of managing financial stability by optimizing the increase in solvency, which, in turn, depends on the amount of receivables and payables and costs, are considered.
