The author considers the peculiarities of the regional transport logistics, taking into account changes in the economic situation in the Russian Federation. The increase in tariffs of natural monopoly JSC "Russian Railways" on transportation of goods in the amount of 10% reduction in the volume of freight traffic and increased costs on the shipper. The increase in accounts payable from regional companies, led to a significantdrop in production, forcing many of the subjects of the Russian Federation to pay special attention to the development of the transport sector. In the article the main activities contributing to a change in the market situation ofthe regional logistics freight transport, for example, the introduction of mixed intermodal different modes of transport, which will reduce the cost of inputs shipper, coordinate the work of regional logistics centers. Especially, the author notes the need to create a unified regional logistics centers and logistics terminals on the border of thesubjects of the Russian Federation, can help reduce the number of porozhnikovyh freight transport by road and rail. Container transport operators need to promptly update the rolling stock, to interact with one regional logisticscenter, reducing the degree of downtime and loss, allowing the load to increase the speed of delivery of the goods by the recipient.
