Resumen

A digital simulation model of the rock excavation process using a straight shovel of a quarry excavator is Considered. During the excavation process, when the main mechanisms (lifting and pressure) work together, due to uncertainty and a sharp change in the conditions for conducting the excavation process, the operating modes of the main mechanisms of the quarry excavator significantly change, which ultimately leads to a decrease in the efficiency of the driver's body and to a decrease in the productivity of the excavator. The regularities of changes in the operating parameters (lift and head speeds) of the main mechanisms that ensure the movement of the bucket (the top of the cutting edge) along a given trajectory are revealed. Based on the mathematical model, a digital simulation model of the rock excavation process is developed in the form of the rock excavation process as a set of calculated values of the lifting and pressure speeds that ensure the movement of the bucket (the top of the cutting edge) along a given trajectory. The results of this work can be used to create an adaptive digital control system for the main mechanism drives in the process of rock excavation.
