The purpose of this article is to study some aspects of the formation of a person as a biosocial phenomenon and the impact of the environment on this process, which it exerted at the pre-ecological stage of its history. The relevance of such a statement of the problem is due to the fact that since the appearance of man, the natural world acquires a new quality - the quality of his environment, that is, it becomes the natural world, transformed by people. Changes in man and his environment determine the course of world history. The objectives of the research are to study the natural adaptive parameters of a person in the initial period of history. The method of studying the subject under consideration is the historical-ecological method, which is actively used within the framework of a whole complex of sciences dealing with the study of the environment and its state. It is based on the analysis of the transformations of the natural world as a result of human impact on it and on the study of the special role that the transformed nature plays in the lives of people. The results of the study indicate that in the course of anthropogenesis, on the one hand, the process of the formation of the environment as a product of human activity, his labor was launched, and on the other hand, there was a change in the morphological and genetic characteristics of primitive people under the influence of their environment as a part of nature.
