The master thesis consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography, appendix. Basic meaning of the “Personnel rotation”, “Integrated rotation system within the Company” and part of the international experience in rotation organization and its impact on Company results are presented in Theoretical part of the Thesis. General characteristics of the Company under the study and its HR department activities, organization structure and internal policies analisys of Lukoil entities HR services with its rotation system analisys are presented in Research part. Recommendations for setting up of Lukoil project personnel rotation were developed on the base of research results. Summarizing of the results are in conclusion.
