Resumen

The relevance of the topic of the thesis is due to the need to analyze and improve the efficiency of development projects in modern economic conditions. The master thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The introduction substantiates the choice of the research topic, its relevance, formulates the goal and objectives of this work, identifies the subject and object of research, its theoretical foundations, identifies the scientific novelty. In the first chapter, the concept of a development project is considered, its features in the context of commercial and residential real estate are highlighted. The second chapter analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the development project of the multifunctional residential complex of the residential complex "Arbatsky". In the third chapter, a parking project was developed on the territory of the multifunctional residential complex of the residential complex “Arbatsky” to increase the efficiency of the development project as a whole. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the research are summarized.
