Resumen

The essence and specifics of the marketing of educational services are studied, the features of University promotion are determined, and digital-marketing is studied as a new tool for the evolution of marketing activities. The article analyzes the higher education market of the UrFO, analyzes the demand for communication tools of higher education institutions of the UrFO, and evaluates the effectiveness of activities to promote a regional University. Methodological recommendations for University promotion using digital-marketing tools were formed, a program for promoting a regional University using digital-marketing tools was developed, and a forecast assessment of the effects of the promotion program was made.
