Area of research: Electrical complexes and systems, automated electric drives for industry applications (oil and gas, transport systems, etc.)
Supervisor’s research interests:
- Simulation modelling of electric drives and process machines and mechanisms, including real-time modelling;
- Analysis and optimization of electric drive operation modes;
- Development of expert systems for assessing the state of machine units based on electric drive variables
Supervisor’s specific requirements:
- Field of study: 13.06.01 Electro and Heat Power Engineering
- Knowledge of Si, VHDL programming languages;
- Experience in Matlab and LabVIEW;
- Knowledge of electromechanical laws, semiconductor converters, energy and automatic control theory.
