Supervisor’s research interests:

  • Nano- and microcrystalline R-3d compounds: structure, hysteresis properties, demagnetization processes;
  • Intergranular/interlayer exchange interaction;
  • Additive manufacturing of permanent magnets and magnetic systems

Additive manufacturing will be carying out in close collaboration with scientific group of Prof. L. Mädler, University of Bremen, Germany.

Supervisor’s specific requirements to prospective PhD students

  • A good knowledge of Magnetism of the Solid State is necessary
  • LabVIEW programming skills are desirable
  • Skills in magnetic measurements are desirable.
