Under a mathematical simulation of highly nonequilibrium and nonlinear processes of impulse transfer in the atmosphere with heavy vertical humidity gradients, the paper suggests an original approach basing on equations of impulse transfer with a nonlinear function of sources and sinks. The nonlinear function of sources and sinks is introduced basing on this thermodynamic approach resulting in a blow up regime. The development of this hydrodynamic regime, caused by the nonlinear medium itself, results in self organization which is revealed and described using a computation of thermodynamic characteristics. Basing on a competition between processes of impulse increment and extension, subject to demonstration being an occurrence of a new medium characteristic - a spatial diameter of an arising self organized structure.
