This article reflects the basic structural elements of creating an investment climate that is based on different image strategy, the regional development programme of the region, the simplification of tax incentives, which directly depend on the economic development of the region. At the present stage the goals of stabilization and accelerated development areas is possible only through the implementation of effective investment policy. The task of attracting investment to the territory can be solved by creating favorable conditions for the investor. The article discusses the measures which will allow any territory in different volumes to attract investment, strengthening the socio-economic potential and attracting residents favorable living conditions, infrastructure, opportunities for the creation, development and strengthening of enterprises.
