In this article the author considers the features of new industrialization causing ensuring competitiveness of the knowledge-intensive industrial enterprises through a prism of an institutionalization of their innovative solvency and also reveals essence, the main lines and a place of an innovative solvency in scientific space on the basis of the comparative analysis of such concepts, as innovative potential, innovative activity and an innovative susceptibility.
