Resumo

In the conditions of dissociation of places of production tasks of transport and technological machines and their specialized areas of maintenance and repair becomes more relevant service system on an actual technical condition. In this case, the issues should be resolved on the supply industries to put in place effective and inexpensive means of identification of technical condition of units and mechanisms of these machines. The system of technical maintenance of transport and technological machines according to the technical state imposes high demands on the diagnosis. Special highlights in this regard is the study of progressive failure and the optimal time of maintenance action for its elimination and return the system to its nominal state. Application of neural networks allows to reduce time of preparation of experts in diagnostics of various units and mechanisms of transport and technological machines by reducing the requirements to their qualification. Hardware-based neural networks will optimize the collection and accumulation of statistical information for individual machines, allowing to predict their technical condition depending on the complexity of the various production tasks. As the timing of the study given in this article, the development of use of neural networks in the diagnosis of transport and technological machines allow you to create a compact low-cost devices and hardware systems in continuous time exercising control of the technical condition of separate units and mechanisms of the plants in terms of quality of information not inferior to the work of a qualified diagnosis.
