КОНЦЕПЦИЯ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ЛОКАЛЬНОЙ ПЛАТЕЖНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ НА ПРИМЕРЕ СТУДЕНЧЕСКОГО СООБЩЕСТВА

In this article the authors are looking for solutions for local payment systems within the student community. Оbjective of research is to develop a payment system based on the concepts of cloud technologies. We consider the reference models based on the approach Cloud-enabled data center, options of the architecture of the information system based on the requirements obtained from the analysis of humanitarian needs arising within the student community. The investigated indices of the humanitarian needs are: the list of services, their frequency of use, as well as internal cash flow. The authors conclude on the validity of developing a single local payment system based on SaaS in order to create a local economy on the University campus, which will ensure the needs of students.
