Resumo

Methods of diagnosing the technical condition of transport and technological machines allow to evaluate the technical condition for the formation of a complex further action to enforce or recover their health. The informative value of different methods and their complexity allows the operating organization/physical person to pick up for the Park transportation vehicles and production machines in the most optimal cost and efficiency. Application of methods based on analysis of vibration parameters of the individual elements and assemblies, both separately and together, give a more complete picture of the technical state of the node or unit. Study of parameters of vibroacoustic signals is the basis for the formation of databases on which it will be possible to determine the limit for the technical condition of individual components and assemblies of machines and equipment. The main advantage of the vibro-acoustic analysis is the indiscriminate way of getting information, but requires the installation of the necessary equipment on the object of study. The introduction of individual or complex of methods of vibroacoustic signal analysis of working mechanisms and units of transport and technological machines will significantly increase the information content of the operations on their actual technical condition, as well as, with the accumulation of statistical information will help to identify the regularities of changes of technical condition of individual machine elements and assemblies. This, in turn, will ensure operation of machinery according to their actual technical condition. In the process of implementing the methods of diagnosis will be possible to assess the energy costs of machines in the production of a unit of work and will create more efficient links of machinery for the implementation of complex production problems.
