Resumo

In the article, the authors have raised an important issue - the methodological foundations of the study of the crisis of the loss of a profession on the example of such a professional group as teachers. This crisis refers to the period that includes the pre-retirement and the beginning of the retirement age and is associated with emotional experiences of the completion of the professional path. In this regard, according to the authors, it becomes important to determine the ways to overcome this crisis. The goal is to determine the methodological foundations of the study of overcoming the crisis of loss of profession among teachers at the age of late maturity. The authors presented the rationale for using a systemic approach (K.A. Abulkhanova-Slavskaya, A.V. Brushlinsky, V.A. Ganzen, E.A. Klimov, B.F. Lomov, V.D. Shadrikov), the subjective approach (S.L. Rubinstein) and the resource approach (L.I. Antsyferova, V.N. Druzhinin, M.A. Kholodnaya). The article describes the methodological principles of the study of overcoming the crisis of loss of profession. According to the authors, these include the principle of unstable dynamic balance as a way of developing the relationship between personality and profession, the principle of determinism and indeterminism, the principle of overcoming psychological barriers to development. The study of overcoming the crisis of loss of profession among teachers is based on the concept of professional development of the individual. This concept is based on the provision of personality change in the process of performing professional activities, namely, the development of professionally important qualities, the accumulation of experience, the formation of relevant competence and the enrichment of the professional orientation. The methodological foundations are the basis for the model developed by the authors for overcoming the crisis of the loss of a profession, which consists of a regulatory, information-communication and humanitarian-technological component. The concepts described in the article are of practical importance for the development of technologies for overcoming crises of loss of profession by teachers at the age of late maturity.
