Due to the fact that the construction of new furnaces requires significant financial investments and, as a rule, a reduction in production for a long period, technical re-equipment, and in fact the moderniza- tion of the unit in accordance with modern requirements, has found wide application in practice. With the appropriate methodological approach to solving the task, depending on the production task and the financial capabilities of the Cus- tomer, the approach described below allows you to reduce the time and achieve the solution of the task with the least cost.
