Resumo
This article discusses how to optimize the organizational processes for the implementation of measures aimed at development the metallurgical production and improving the product quality. The organizational processes of production development are related to the finding of incidents causes and prevention the further emergence of the technological, logistical, and organizational incidents. Simulation models of the process of implementation of the measures taken to prevent incidents have been developed using simulation system RDO-studio and modeling subsystem of the metallurgical enterprise information system. Simulation modeling is used to optimize the number of personnel involved in the work with incidents in order to reduce the cost of the employee downtime. As a result of experiments with models the effective solution has been found. This solution allows reducing the cost of the employee downtime and increasing the percentage of the closed incidents. The conclusions about the usability of the modeling tools in the optimization of organizational processes have been made.
