This article provides the analysis of the innovative culture elements corresponded to entrepreneur’s community: the role models are considered which are typical to business representatives; the values and strategies of behavior are analyzed which are used by entrepreneur-innovators; specific elements of innovative entrepreneurship culture on the basis of social surveys are separated out.
