Resumo

The works performed with use of the load-lifting equipment, and loading and unloading works with application of means of mechanization fairly belong to category of works with the increased danger. In this paper we consider the problem of ensuring the safety of technological (and partly extraneous - not directly engaged in this technological operation - loading and unloading operations on transport in agricultural production) personnel of the enterprise. In our opinion, promising (in terms of prevention of industrial injuries) are the methods of application of the principle of physical elimination of the production worker from the traumatic production zone. One of the variants of the application of this method for loading and unloading transport operations in agricultural production is the use of load gripping devices with remote pneumatic drive from the loader's cabin, as well as with an automatic load gripping device for loading bulk cargoes (for example, potatoes) using a soft container developed by the authors, used at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Sverdlovsk region. The use of load-handling devices with remote control allows, in our opinion, to significantly reduce the risk of injury at work on loading/unloading of agricultural crops in transporting equipment.
