Resumo
The reasons of changing the inclination of crossbars of steam turbines bases are considered. It is presented, that the inclination of steam turbine base crossbar can be caused by the turbine cylinders power influence, which is transmitted through the external bearing case, or by the uneven heating of the crossbar side border. It is proved that the friction force between the bearing case sliding surface and the base mount can’t cause considerable crossbar inclination changing, which exceeds the calculated value in several times and mentioned at different turbines. It is presented, that the rotation of turbine bearing case concerning to the turbine axis in a horizontal plane cause plastic deformations at the contact place of bearing case and direct longitudinal splines. These deformations bring to off-design increasing of the torsional moment to the base crossbar.
