This article contains a theoretical analysis of the problem of communicative competence in the psychological literature. Despite the large number of different theories and views of scientists on this problem, discrepancies and differences of opinion on the nature of the concept, the unified universal theoretical model, as well as methods that can measure the severity of a given competence in the structure of a person’s personal qualities are missing. The process of development of communicative competence does not end at a certain stage in the formation of human qualities: personal qualities, including communicative competence, are formed throughout the entire period of human development as a person in life processes: in a family, preschool educational institution, school, university, street .d .; The development of communicative competence continues in the process of solving professional tasks on the basis of solving problems of improving the system of relationships in a team, because of the desire to use human resources for personal and professional interests, while developing optimal and effective solutions based on “collective intelligence”, etc. ; dynamic processes in society, changes in the system of relations in various spheres of human life require the development of human qualities, which, in turn, becomes a positive factor in the development of a communication system.
