Resumo
The purpose of this research is an exposing of educational process projecting aspects for students with special studying abilities on the base of information and communicative technologies. The paper uses the next theoretical methods: analysis of the notion “inclusive educational environment”, its constituents presented in scientific literature and Federal state educational standards; empiric methods as survey of lecturers in order to expose problems and complications in projecting and realization of educational process for students with special studying abilities. The research outcomes. The paper defines constituents of inclusive educational environment of the university. It also exposes the problems of projecting and realization of educational process for students with special studying abilities on the base of information and communicative technologies. The scientific novelty. The authors have defined the significant problems of lecturers ’preparedness for projecting and realization of educational process for students with special studying abilities on the base of information and communicative technologies. The paper substantiates the urgency of psychological-pedagogical and technological preparedness of lecturers for the system of supplementary vocational education. The importance for practice. The research ’s materials can be used in advanced training programs for lecturers.
