Проектирование структуры базы данных для оценки взаимовлияния миграционных процессов и динамики социально-экономического развития в арктической зоне Российской Федерации

A comparative analysis of existing databases has led to the conclusion that there is no database for assessing the mutual influence of migration processes and the dynamics of socio-economic development in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. This work presented the experience and analysis of the main approaches to the formation of databases of social and economic processes in the regions of Russia and, in particular, in the Arctic territories, as well as the necessity of creating a special database containing information on migration in the territory of this strategically important country region. The goal of creating a database characterizing the state and dynamics of migration processes and the socio-economic development of the country's Arctic territories is to generate an array of information to assess their interaction and further forecasting based on modeling scenarios of the development of the Arctic entities and municipalities of the Russian Federation. The authors proposed and justified a project to create a database that, in order to model migration processes, will provide data for the formation of scenarios for the further development of migration processes and assess the consequences of their implementation. In addition, the work describes in detail all the stages of database development: constructing a domain model, conceptual design, logical design, physical design, and also offers software tools for solving this problem.
