This article deals with the results of a pilot research of a subjective system of criteria of an activity represented in work experience of managers of companies located in the Ural region. The authors raise the question of changing an individual criterion-oriented system of appraising an activity effectiveness depending on a subject’s work experience and his/her position. Cluster analysis helped to single out groups of criteria that underwent a preliminary quantitative and qualitative analysis. A complex interdisciplinary approach was used in this research.
