Resumo

The education system of the XXI century is radically different from the traditional curriculum. There are new modular forms of distance education and self-study due to the prolongation of the active human life. Lifelong Learning (LL) is a concept that is an indicator of sustainable social development. In this context, the authors consider the innovative methods of education in the interaction structure between classical universities and enterprises. Higher education institution and corporate universities at enterprises create unique master's programs for engineers. Previously, engineers received strong technological knowledge, but did not develop managerial and financial-economic competencies that are in demand in the modern economy. The paper offers digital training overview in corporate master's degree using innovative forms of education for engineers. The importance of economic and managerial knowledge and competencies for managers with basic technical education is substantiated. It is noted that distance education technologies and well-chosen methodological content of the studied disciplines are factors of competitiveness of modern universities in teaching people with life and professional experience. Authors believe that the implementation of specialized master's programs in accordance with the requirements of corporate partners will create "advantages of the future" for employers.
