This article substantiates the necessity of development and realization of joint educational programs as a factor of education programs projecting quality rise and their aims (education’s results). The article sets and analyses a connection between competences and results of education in the educational program with professional standards. The authors define a significance of joint educational programs and underline their advantages in solution of problem of education results’ development, their evaluation and defining of perfection ways and consequent correction of all the elements of an educational program. The article contains a review of accumulated experience in the sphere of joint educational programs’ realization in Ural Federal University; all the advantages are proved. The article describes the priority activity ways of Ural Federal University, and in particular, the examples of integration in international and Russian educational space. The authors mark out the main partners of network educational interaction, and also conditions of this type programs’ realization. Besides, the paper underlines a special significance of partner interaction not only with educational organizations, but also scientific and research production organizations which provide resources and practice bases for education. It is shown that this type partnership’s advantage, providing possibilities for problem solutions of academic, social and professional mobility of students; it also shows the necessity of creation of favorable environment and conditions which allow organizing and holding monitoring process and evaluation of education program aims’ achievement, defining need in exact changes taking into account the partnership’ interests. The authors substantiate a role of modern educational programs as an innovative factor of education quality’s rise.
