РЕЦИКЛИНГ КАБЕЛЬНОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ

A technological scheme of processing into semi-finished products and products of cable production waste in the form of a small copper section is proposed. This scheme eliminates the smelting redistribution and is based on the implementation of a number of special techniques in the preparation of raw materials and the subsequent application of briquetting, extrusion and drawing operations using annealing operations in the final segment. In the aggregate form, this approach provides the production of rods and wire with the required level of mechanical characteristics and a reasonable combination of structural components, which allows us to form the proposed areas of practical application of products made from waste products.
