Resumo
In the context of Russia's active integration into the world space, the study of the current state and historical experience of foreign countries in key social and economic processes is of particular importance for science. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the field of vocational education, reflecting the main economic and social processes taking place in the country. The Russian education system is in a state of search for new ways of development that provide high-quality training of pedagogical personnel for the vocational education system and, above all, at the level of secondary vocational education, which involves the study and analysis of promising areas of activity of similar foreign pedagogical systems. The paper presents the results of studying the experience of foreign countries - the United States of America and Norway, in the field of vocational and pedagogical education. The scientific novelty of the study is revealed through the following results: the historical aspect is shown and the author's periodization of the system of development of vocational and pedagogical education in the designated countries is proposed, the models of this type of education at the present stage are disclosed. The results obtained allow us to take into account foreign experience in the situation of modern innovative development of the domestic system of vocational and pedagogical education, which solves the problems of high-quality training of pedagogical personnel for the system of vocational education in modern economic, social and pedagogical conditions - this underscores the practical significance of the study.
