СТУДЕНЧЕСКАЯ МОЛОДЕЖЬ КАК ГЛАВНЫЙ АКТОР ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ EVENT-МЕРОПРИЯТИЙ НА ПРИМЕРЕ ГО ВЕРХНЯЯ ПЫШМА

This study looks at the terms of "youth" and "event", observes the global experience of creating youth organizations and gives priorities in evolvement of this trend. It also describes major non-technical competencies based on Russian educational standards. The purpose of the study is to learn key incentive approaches for student-age youth and to understand interaction between educational and extra-curricular activities in the upbringing and learning process of young people.
