This article reflects the basic arguments and factors in the development and success of the territory that is the basis of marketing strategy for the territory. A form of embodiment marketing site can be considered to be of regional target programs aimed at resolving the territorial socio-economic problems of any territory, as these programs are formed under specific exposure to the needs and requirements of a specific territory, with specific arguments, functioning and future prospects. Target regional development programme of the region is a form of embodiment of the marketing area, the development and implementation of the regional target program has a certain sequence of their implementation: from diagnosis to monitoring decisions, which directly depend on the economic development of the region.
