The dissertation is devoted to increasing the customer focus of commercial banks in an unstable environment. The theoretical aspects of loyalty and customer focus are considered, a study of marketing tools aimed at achieving this goal is carried out. A project using lean manufacturing tools was also developed. During the study, a phased algorithm was created that combined all the components for implementing a truly customer-oriented approach in the organization.
