Resumo

In the final qualifying work, the dynamics of the development of restaurant culture, as well as the catering market of Yekaterinburg, are analyzed. The models of consumer behavior of city residents, as well as factors affecting their choice, are identified. The work combines the classical approach of psychographic analysis of consumer behavior with the study of trends existing in the catering market, which forms a certain novelty of the study.
