Quality assessment and management of additional education can be realized as a rating. So, it is possible to target specific groups of consumers - children and parents in terms of the quality of educational services; managers and specialists in the organization of the institution; the education authorities in terms of decision-making. The article describes primary model of information and resource center of management of the regional system of additional education through informational provision of additional education institutions. There are mechanisms and functions of activities of this center.
