CALCULATION OF KINETIC PARAMETERS OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE TL PEAKS IN ANIONDEFECTIVE CORUNDUM

Аннотация

The kinetic parameters of high-temperature TL peaks in anion-defective corundum under the quenching effect have been calculated. The investigated TL peaks nearby 700 K have been obtained in UV irradiation of samples at 573 and 823 K. The reconstructed TL curve has been obtained and kinetic parameters are determined. TL peak nearby 700 K is shown to be nonelementary. Calculated TL curves have good approximation with experimental curves for the empty and filled deep traps. Reliability of the used method is proved by kinetic parameters of the main TL peak determined nearby 450 K.
